SALARY: $10 to $25 hour
depending on skills, ability, and work history.

HOURS: Weekday Business Hours
(extra bonus if you are available after business hours and weekends)

    STEP 1: Part-Time – You will be assigned maintenance/repair requests (Work Orders) on ternant occupied units. (Tenant must be home before you can enter). This is a simple way for you to get used to Baldwin Real Estate Group and it gives Baldwin Real Estate Group an opportunity to see you in action and measure your results. This may last up to 30 days.

    STEP 2: Once you have achieved above average to excellent results, you can be assigned  “Tenant Turnover.” This is where a tenant has moved out and you will make the unit “rent ready” using our 159 point Rent Ready Checklist.
