Our company is animal friendly; however, recent changes in laws and insurance have caused the creation of your animal application.

Each animal must submit an animal application as part of the Rental Application and each animal must be listed in your Renter’s Insurance Policy.

Animal weight limit is 30 lbs, no exceptions (if young, your vet’s opinion of full grown weight will be used).
Each animal must be appear in person (animal) to be photographed and weighed and this animal application shall become part of your Rental Agreement.

No animal on the CDC and Insurance Company list of dangerous animal species are allowed.
